New cottage complex in Ashgabat combines harmony and utility
A new residential area close to the under-construction golf course in Ashgabat is almost ready for occupation. It comprises of 48 cottages built on plots of 350 square meters each and 72 hi-rise apartment houses. President Berdymuhamedov visited the new residential district Tuesday which has been built by the companies affiliated with the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan. The designs of the cottages are especially configured to give a balance of harmony with the environment while providing full range of modern amenities and comforts. The project is part of the phase 15 of the Ashgabat development plan, a huge drive to transform Ashgabat into one of the most modern metropolises of the region. The brown roofing and marble cladding are sure to be trendsetters in urban planning far beyond the borders of Turkmenistan.
