Tennis player from Turkmenistan – silver medalist of the international tournament in Dubai
A young tennis player from Turkmenistan Sulgun Ishangulyeva took second place at the Dubai Bowl 2023 international tournament, which ended in Dubai.
On the way to the silver award, the athlete managed to defeat rivals from France, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Previously a novice athlete won at the international tennis tournament for children under 10 years old in the Turkish city of Izmir.
Dubai Bowl 2023 is one of the largest and most significant competitions in junior tennis in the world (Junior Tennis World Tour Series). The tournament is designed to give players from 10 to 16 years of age from different regions practical experience to advance in a professional tennis career.
This year, representatives of over 50 countries took part in the tournament.
