Turkmenistan sent another plane to Turkey with humanitarian aid for children

Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhammedov initiated assistance to Turkey from the funds of a charitable foundation established to support children in need of guardianship. This was reported at a meeting of the Turkmen government on Friday. It was noted that this assistance is also provided on behalf of Turkmen women.

It was also reported in the evening news of the Turkmen television that the plane with the necessary funds for the affected families and their children headed towards Turkey.

Earlier, on February 7, Turkmenistan sent humanitarian aid from medicines, medical supplies and textiles to Turkey by plane. Turkmen doctors are also working in the areas affected by the earthquake.
