UNICEF is working to promote robotics initiatives in Turkmen schools

The representative of the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) in Turkmenistan, Mohammad Faizi, said that the organization works in the field of promoting robotics initiatives in secondary schools of the country, including holding competitive events in this area.
He said this in an interview with the newspaper "Neutral Turkmenistan".
"Since digital technologies have a transformative impact on society, the idea of creating a national portal of digital education resources is relevant," Fayazi added.
He also thanked the Government and appreciated the openness of Turkmenistan to work together in the field of education, science and youth empowerment to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
