UAE technology and investment group e& has launched the first metaverse in the e& Universe region.
Developed on the basis of the VIVERSE technology, e& Universe allows users to get an exciting experience of virtual events. Houses, concerts, shops, sporting events, exhibitions — these are some of the spaces that e& Universe offers to visit.
The home space in the metaverse can be decorated and personalized with the help of NFT (a type of cryptographic tokens) and other digital assets that allow interaction through voice and text chats.
In the e& Universe store, users can view and buy paintings, works of art and home decor items. Real events will also be transferred to the e& Universe.
The first event that took place within the metaverse was dedicated to the presentation of the new Samsung Galaxy series. Users can pre-order their devices in the metaverse.
