Turkmen enterprise offers fresh and canned mushrooms


The mushroom greenhouse of the private enterprise "Altynnur zamany" provides Turkmen consumers with porcini mushrooms, which Turkmens call "gelin komelek" and delicious oyster mushrooms. Selected and fresh products are packaged in special containers and sent to retail outlets in the country. Production equipment allows to produce up to 1 thousand packages of mushrooms per hour.
Greenhouse "Altynnur zamany" is located in the city of Balkanabad, Balkan region. The mushroom cluster is equipped with modern technologies that are successfully used in China and Japan. It employs 50 trained specialists who harvest four crops a year. And mushrooms begin to yield a month after planting.
In addition to fresh mushrooms, the company also offers canned products - experts pickle the harvested crop here in a special workshop, roll it into compact glass jars and send it to local markets, the UIET website reports.
