Frozen vegetables and fruits from a Turkmen businesswoman

Vegetables, fruits and berries all year round – now it's not a dream, but a reality. Especially the body needs additional vitamins in the autumn- winter period. And then frozen products come to the rescue, which today can be bought in markets, shopping malls and marketplaces.
Deep freezing of products is a modern technology, as a result of which vegetables and fruits get the property of preserving their freshness and high commercial qualities for almost unlimited time. In addition, such products are easy to store and transport. Entrepreneur Amandursun Begjanova has opened a special workshop in Ashgabat, where the production of frozen vegetables, fruits and various berries grown by local farmers and gardeners has been established.
The company, equipped with European equipment, has established the production of shock freezing of fruits and vegetables - at temperatures from -40 to -120 degrees, from 500 kilograms to 1 ton of local fruit and vegetable products are frozen per day. The cycle is fully automated, and the unique method used is almost break-even, says the Turkmen businesswoman.
Today, the company offers consumers such types of frosts as sliced tomatoes, broccoli, sweet peppers, apricots, blackberries, black currants, peanuts and others. The finished product is packaged in a convenient package. For example, for catering, wedding venues, confectionery factories, products are packed in 10-kilogram plastic bags, and containers of different weights are provided for retail trade. A special cold storage facility has been built for storage, which holds up to a thousand tons of finished products.
In the near future, Amandursun Begjanova plans to expand the list of frozen goods offered by adding corn, according to the website of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan.
