The Unified Portal of State Services and Functions contains over 490 types of services.
Communication services, services in the field of education, healthcare, transport and logistics, advertising, utilities, services for obtaining a passport, employment, obtaining a license and others are available to Turkmen citizens. You can also get legal assistance on the platform.
Thus, by selecting the “Communication Services” category on the portal, the user can, without leaving home, pay for the Internet, telephone, IP-TV, online cinema services, call a postal courier, etc. In the “Passport Registration” section, a citizen can take an online queue at the State Migration Service.
The unified portal of public services and functions was launched in 2019 as part of the implementation of the State Program for the Development of the Digital Economy in Turkmenistan for 2021-2025. Operating in two languages - Turkmen and Russian, the portal serves as a “single window” for all government services provided in Turkmenistan. It also contains a list of the official websites of the country's ministries and departments.
