Independence Day of Turkmenistan celebrated in Cappadocia
The Turkmen flag soared into the sky on a balloon in Cappadocia, one of the most beautiful regions of Turkey. Thus, festive celebrations dedicated to the Independence Day of Turkmenistan were launched here.
Balloon with the inscription "Happy Independence Day of Turkmenistan! Long live the Turkmen-Turkish friendship and brotherhood!" hovered at an altitude of a thousand meters above the ground. These beautiful shots will be included in a documentary film dedicated to the life and work of Magtymguly Pyragy, which is being shot by the cinematographers of Oguzhan Turkmenfilm.
The Turkish project is being handled by a creative group led by film director Hekim Alovov. The crew of the film studio conducted filming in places associated with the name of the great Turkmen poet Magtymguly, and also made a video in Cappadocia from festive events dedicated to the 32nd anniversary of Turkmenistan's independence.
Another film expedition on the documentary about Magtymguly is currently working in Iran. They have already filmed a video in the village of Aktokai, located in the northern Iranian province of Golestan. Here are the tombs of Turkmen classics Magtymguly Pyragy and his father Dovletmammed Azadi, where scientists, university professors, representatives of public organizations annually make a pilgrimage and hold creative events here.
A new documentary will be released in 2024 to mark the 300th anniversary of the birth of the great poet.
