An exhibition of works by the famous master of ceramics Dursunsolmaz Muhammadova is held in the exhibition hall of the State Academy of Arts of Turkmenistan. The exposition is dedicated to the 65th anniversary of the artist, whose bright creative individuality became a whole phenomenon in the world of Turkmen art. Her works are recognizable and memorable, full of expression and symbolism. They are always "sharpened" on some super-idea, which through visual perception flows into the viewer and then is experienced by him at a sensual level.

Friends and fans call her simply Solmaz, and this name has become a brand in the modern national art of ceramics. For her, shape and line, color and volume are the language she communicates with the world, giving her thoughts a mesmerizing plasticity of the dancing space, and spiritual energy - lyrical images that emit light and warmth. And each time they excite the imagination with something elusive, elusive from "sealing" into words, like a melting little smile ... One of the artist's last favorite works is the composition "Koni". The architectonics of this work is full of dynamics, rhythm, strength, it has something from constructivism, engineering solutions, monumental art and at the same time - an amazing melodiousness, when all the details and figures, having united into a single image, acquire the expressiveness of the harmonious sound of the melody. This is the main feature of the creative handwriting of the artist - she does not depict reality, but immerses the viewer in her own, somewhat fairy-tale world, using national decorative motifs.

A special place in the collection of works by Solmaz is occupied by porcelain compositions. Many of them occupied the first places at exhibitions in Riga, Moscow, Tashkent. The refinement, taste, style and temperament of the artist bear these works. The author sometimes creates such fragile works, achieving perfection in this, that, it seems, she can give any elegant form to the egg shell. "My dream is to make an exhibition that would travel all over the world," Dursunsolmaz admitted, speaking of her future plans.
