Turkmen diplomat met with the Speaker of the Parliament of the Republic of Uzbekistan
Shadurdy Meredov, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Uzbekistan, met with Speaker of the Legislative Chamber of the Uzbek Parliament Nuriddin Ismoilov. Negotiations took place on Wednesday, November 22.
During the meeting, the parties discussed the key areas of partnership between the two countries and noted that the key factor in close cooperation is an open dialogue built on good neighborly relations.
The interlocutors also emphasized the importance of developing inter-parliamentary relations and organizing visits of members of functioning Turkmen-Uzbek parliamentary friendship groups.
