The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) invites representatives of Turkmen business to participate in a series of webinars to promote green transition.

The webinars will be held from November 28 to December 7, 2023 and will cover four sectors – agriculture, textile industry, tourism and construction. Online seminars will be organized in English (with simultaneous translation into Russian) in the format of panel discussions.

Among the speakers are representatives of such international organizations as the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), the International Finance Corporation (IFC), the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) and other international structures. They will share with the participants how small and medium-sized businesses can cope with the challenges of climate change and grow sustainably.

On November 28, a webinar will be held on the topic "Growing greener: climate risks, solutions and opportunities in agro-food processing. Link for registration.

On November 30, a webinar "Green Fashion: sustainable development in textiles and clothing" will be held. Link for registration.

December 5 — webinar "Hospitality for a sustainable future: adaptation to climate change and opportunities in tourism". Link for registration.

December 7 — webinar "Increasing resilience to climate change: Challenges for the supply chain in construction". Link for registration.
