Turkmenistan intends to open its business center in Astrakhan. Now the parties are discussing the issue of opening the Astrakhan representation of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan. The business center of Iran has already been opened in Astrakhan, and by the end of the year a presentation platform for Azerbaijani entrepreneurs will be opened. Speaking at the opening of the BC IRI, the governor of the Astrakhan region Alexander Zhilkin noted that the region intends to be a platform for the development of partnership between Russia and the Caspian countries. According to the Astrakhan governor, Moscow constantly draws the attention of the regions to expanding cooperation with bordering countries.
