CNPC announces pre-qualification tender for well development in Turkmenistan
The branch of China National Petroleum Corporation "International Ltd." in Turkmenistan has announced a pre-qualification tender process under number CIT-24151-SR. The tender covers the design, procurement, construction and commissioning works for the onshore development of wellheads and flowlines under a unit price contract in the “Bagtyyarlyk” contract area, Lebap velayat, Turkmenistan.
Requirements for tender participation:
— Official application;
— Brief information about the company, its experience, activities, legal status, registration and licensing;
— Financial indicators for the last three years;
— Experience in implementing similar projects in the last five years;
— Certificate of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan;
— Official letter of readiness to provide a bank guarantee in case of passing the pre-qualification.
Pre-qualification documents must be prepared in English and Russian, stitched, numbered and sent in sealed envelopes (in duplicate, including a scanned version).
