The number of services provided through the Portal of State Electronic Services of Turkmenistan has reached 777,329
The total number of services rendered since its inception through the Unified Portal of State Electronic Services and Functions of Turkmenistan "e.gov.tm" of the "Turkmenaragatnashyk" Agency has reached 777,329, with approximately 75,000 registered users.
Since the beginning of April 2025 alone, the portal has been visited by 532 individuals.
"e.gov.tm" represents a modern platform enabling citizens to access all types of state services online. A mobile application for the portal is operational and available for download on Android and IOS platforms. The portal features a visually appealing and straightforward interface that is easily understandable for users of any age group.
The portal is accessible in two languages: Turkmen and Russian.
Through a personal account, users can access and manage communication and utility services online, make payments, place orders, purchase tickets, and utilize the features of the "online library" and "e-school". The platform also provides access to legal assistance, weather forecasts, and currency exchange rates set by the Central Bank of Turkmenistan on a 24/7 basis.
The "Turkmenaragatnashyk" Agency regularly enhances the capabilities of the portal and optimizes its operation for user convenience.
