Innovators to agribusiness, or How to attract young people to farming

The workshop dedicated to the creation and development of the agrarian business will be held in Ashgabat on February 9. The event is organized by the “Bosphorus” Youth Center in cooperation with the British Embassy in Turkmenistan within the framework of the project “Strengthening the capacity of business communities for sustainable development”. The purpose of the training is to attract young people to the agricultural sector as entrepreneurs, as well as business consulting, starting with the choice of a perspective direction and up to effective market promotion issues.Ayjahan ATABALLIYEVA
Specific models of the organization of farming and processing enterprises will be considered as an example. All this will be demonstrated both via the prism of innovative technologies that increase the production profitability and via successful business projects.
Express trainings will be conducted by experienced specialists and by experts – candidates of sciences in agricultural sciences, who know agriculture in all its minutest details, which are necessary for beginners in agribusiness.
The “Bosphorus” Youth Center holds similar seminars aimed for providing social and legal support to youth on regular basis. After all, according to the employees of the organization, they are striving to contribute to the increase of the country's educational capital.
