On May 8, a ceremonial event dedicated to the 81st anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War was held at Secondary School No. 15 in Ashgabat. The festive concert brought together students, teachers, and honored guests in an atmosphere of deep respect for the heroic feat of the people, remembrance of those who fell, and gratitude to the generation of victors. This was reported on the official website of the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan.

The participation of distinguished guests gave special significance to the event. Among them were Hero of Turkmenistan Chinar Rustamova, as well as representatives of the Ministry of Education and the Ashgabat city administration. The speakers emphasized that preserving historical memory is an inseparable part of spiritual heritage.

Students from grades 5 through 12 prepared an emotionally rich program. It featured wartime poems, including the work “Cranes” by Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.

The students performed the legendary songs “Katyusha,” “Smuglyanka,” and “Zemlyanka,” while the concert concluded with the triumphant anthem “Victory Day.” The students’ high artistic skill and sincere attitude toward the theme of heroism deeply moved the audience.

The creative performances were complemented by choreographic compositions titled “Cranes” and “World Without War.” The stage also featured theatrical performances dedicated to frontline letters and the destinies of people whose dreams were interrupted by war.

The celebration at School No. 15 once again confirmed that the glorious path of the veterans remains an eternal example of courage for the younger generation.

The memory of the immortal feat of the heroes continues to live in the hearts of new generations. It inspires them to cherish peace and work creatively for the further prosperity of the Motherland.
