Oriented on making people closer

On August 4, 2025, a delegation from the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, led by the Minister of Transport and Logistics, Mr. Alemu Sime, arrived in the city of Turkmenbashi to participate in the Third United Nations Conference on Landlocked Developing Countries.

The aircraft carrying the delegation landed at Turkmenbashi International Airport. There, the distinguished guest and members of the delegation were warmly welcomed in accordance with the traditional Turkmen hospitality.

The participation of the Ethiopian delegation in this important forum will provide an opportunity to exchange views on the development of international cooperation in the field of transport and logistics. It will also make a significant contribution to the discussion of issues related to the sustainable development of landlocked countries.
