The Embassy of Turkmenistan in the Republic of Kazakhstan organized a conference at the K.I. Satbayev Kazakh National Research University dedicated to the 30th anniversary of permanent neutrality. The event, held at Kazakhstan's key academic center, emphasized the importance of deepening legal and cultural dialogue among young people.

Speakers emphasized the significance of the recently adopted Constitutional Law "On the Legal Foundations of the Peace and Trust Policy of Neutral Turkmenistan." This new document confirms that neutrality is not simply a foreign policy doctrine, but a legally enshrined foundation for the entire state's course.

Students actively discussed the upcoming significant events marking the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan's permanent neutrality, including the International Forum on December 12 in Ashgabat, which will mark the culmination of the Year of Peace and Trust.
The second part of the event was dedicated to cultural exchange: Turkmen students performed songs, dances, poems, and, of course, the national dance "Kushtdepdi." These performances emphasized the role of young people as cultural ambassadors of their country.

Finally, representatives of the Embassy of Turkmenistan held a separate meeting with university leadership to discuss current issues related to students' studies and daily life.
The event successfully combined academic diplomacy, cultural exchange, and legal education, engaging students as young ambassadors of peace and trust.
