The State Energy Institute of Turkmenistan (SEIT) announces the registration of participants for the 5th Open International Online Olympiad in Theoretical Mechanics. The intellectual competition will be held from March 24 to 28, 2026, bringing together the most talented students from Turkmenistan and abroad.

The Olympiad is open to students of all specialties and academic years. The competition will be conducted in two formats:

• Individual competition: up to 10 participants from each university are allowed.

• Team competition: each university may nominate one or two teams (up to 5 members per team).

The International Olympiad will be held in three languages: Turkmen, Russian, and English.

Format and Tasks

Participants in the individual competition will have 240 minutes to solve 8 tasks in statics, kinematics, and dynamics. The team round will be more dynamic: only 60 minutes will be given to solve 5 complex tasks. All tasks will be published in a special section on the official website of the institute during the competition days.
