The Embassy of Turkmenistan in Ukraine presented the book by the Head of State

On February 4, the Embassy of Turkmenistan in Ukraine hosted a presentation of the book by the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov “The Neutrality of Turkmenistan: The Bright Path of Peace and Trust”, which became the final conceptual work in the past International Year of Peace and Trust and the year of celebration of the 30th Anniversary of Turkmenistan's neutrality.
Mr. Toyly Atayev, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to Ukraine, addressed the event participants, noting that the presentation of the Head of State's book is a significant event reflecting the country's strategic vision for development, based on the principles of permanent neutrality, peacefulness, creativity, and sustainable development. In his speech, the Ambassador emphasized that the book is a profound political and philosophical work that systematically outlines the foundations of Turkmenistan's neutral foreign policy and its practical implementation.

The presentation emphasized that Turkmenistan's permanent neutrality, recognized three times by the United Nations, is not only a foreign policy status but also an important factor in stability, economic progress, and the strengthening of statehood. It was noted that the book thoroughly explores the role of neutrality as a tool for promoting peace, security, interstate dialogue, and mutual trust.
It was noted that the ideas presented in the book are fully consistent with the goals and principles of the United Nations and are practically reflected in Turkmenistan's initiatives aimed at developing dialogue, mediation and the peaceful settlement of international issues.

Addressing the participants, Mr. Atayev emphasized the role of youth as the driving force in the development of the state. In this context, the book presented will be a valuable source of knowledge, a deep understanding of the role of diplomacy and the responsibility of the younger generation for the future of their country.
Turkmen youth and representatives of the diaspora expressed keen interest in the book's contents, sharing their perspectives on the role of neutrality in the modern world. It was emphasized that youth are the bearers of the ideas of peace, responsibility, and creativity enshrined in the work of the President of Turkmenistan.

The cultural portion of the event featured performances of national melodies on the dutar, as well as a photo exhibition dedicated to the themes of independence, neutrality, and achievements of Turkmenistan. The exhibition vividly showcased the architectural appearance of Turkmen cities, reflecting symbols of statehood, national sovereignty, and modern successes.
In conclusion, it was noted that the book is of great importance for a wider audience, as it contributes to the formation of an objective understanding of Turkmenistan's policies and its contribution to strengthening international peace.
