Awtoyoly Group is seeking a Project Manager. The company develops modern digital solutions and implements internal projects aimed at business scaling.

The specialist will be responsible for full project management — from planning and launch stages to execution control. The Project Manager will form and coordinate a team, assign tasks and monitor deadlines, interact with contractors and sectoral specialists, and prepare project documentation. Key responsibilities include quality control of completed work and achieving planned results.

Candidate requirements include prior experience as a Project Manager (preferred), as well as experience working with job boards and vacancy platforms (desirable). Strong team and process management skills, systematic thinking, responsibility, and the ability to work in a multitasking environment are essential.

Fluency in Turkmen and Russian is mandatory. Knowledge of English and Turkish is considered an advantage.
