The popular AI-based service Wispr Flow has officially become available to Android users. Unlike its iOS or Windows versions, the smartphone app is implemented as a convenient floating button that appears over any open window.
The main value of the service lies in its intelligent processing of live speech. The AI model instantly transcribes voice input, transforming disjointed thoughts into clean, properly formatted text.
The system automatically removes filler words, corrects typos, and ignores accidental phrases if the user makes edits during recording. After pressing the button and speaking a phrase, the finished text automatically appears in the selected input field on the device.
Wispr Flow’s algorithms support more than one hundred languages, including Russian, and effectively recognize mixed speech. For proper operation, the app only requires permission to display over other windows and access to the clipboard.
At the moment, the developers are providing Android users with unlimited free access as part of a testing phase. This is particularly beneficial, as on other platforms the limit is only 1,000 words per week, and removing the restriction costs $12 per month.
