
The Turkmennebit State Concern, on behalf of the Tender Commission, announces International Open Tender No. 201 for the procurement of material and technical resources for the needs of the Turkmennebit State Concern.

Subject of the tender:
Lot No. 4 — Vehicles, tractors, special equipment, components and spare parts.
Only manufacturers that meet the requirements specified in the tender documentation are eligible to participate.

Interested companies are invited to the following address:
Turkmennebit State Concern, 4th floor, 56 Archabil Avenue, Ashgabat, Turkmenistan, and are required to:
-Submit a written application expressing intent to participate in the tender, indicating the full name of the participant, legal status, country of registration, and bank details (applications from participants registered in offshore zones or having bank accounts in offshore zones will not be accepted);
-Review the Law of Turkmenistan “On Tenders for the Supply of Goods, Performance of Works and Provision of Services for State Needs”, the “Tender Regulations”, and the list of documents required for participation;
-Obtain the lot specification, technical requirements, and the main terms of the contract;
-Receive bank details for payment of a non-refundable fee of USD 575 (five hundred seventy-five US dollars) per lot or the equivalent amount in Turkmen manats (including VAT) to participate in the tender.
Deadline for submission of proposals:
Tender proposals are accepted within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of official publication in the newspaper “Neutral Turkmenistan”, but no later than 12:00 (local time) on the 30th working day. Proposals submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
One sealed envelope containing the complete tender proposal, certified with a seal, must be delivered to the above address from the date of publication of this announcement and will be considered only after confirmation of payment to the designated account.
The tender envelope must contain electronic versions of the documents:
• Electronic version of the application form;
• Main terms of the contract (in Word format);
• Technical and commercial specifications (in Excel format).
