The Turkmenistan branch of China National Petroleum Corporation International Ltd. has announced the start of the prequalification process for tender No. CIT-25057-MR.

The subject of the procurement is general-purpose materials for the Production Management Department and the Water and Energy Production Management Department in the Bagtyyarlyk contract area.

Submission Deadlines

The prequalification stage will run from March 2 to March 8, 2026.

Applications will be accepted within seven (7) calendar days of the announcement being published in the media. Documents received after the deadline will not be considered.

Requirements for Participants

Companies interested in supply chains and with relevant experience are invited to participate.

Prequalification documents must be:

prepared in English and Russian;

laced and numbered;

submitted in sealed, stamped envelopes;

accompanied by a cover letter;

submitted as follows: one original, one copy, and a mandatory scanned copy of the complete set of documents.

The envelope must indicate the name of the addressee and sender, as well as the tender number and title.
