ORIENT | March 28. Deputy Prime Minister Nokerguly Atagulyev reported at a meeting of the Turkmen government on Friday on the final stages of preparations for the international exhibition "Cooperation and Development," which will be held in Ashgabat from April 2 to 4.
Eighty domestic and international companies have already confirmed their participation in the exhibition. The exhibition aims to be a universal platform where the interests of construction, energy, IT, and industrial sectors intersect.
The focus is on integrated solutions for the modern urban environment. These include intelligent systems: smart home technologies, building automation, and access control systems; infrastructure and construction: from façade solutions and metal products to equipment for parks and urban infrastructure; energy efficiency: a presentation of heating and ventilation (HVAC) systems and cutting-edge solar solutions; engineering networks: cable systems, plumbing equipment and the latest construction chemicals.
President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, after hearing the report, emphasized that such forums are an important mechanism for strengthening foreign trade ties. The head of state instructed that the exhibition be held at a high level, noting its importance for showcasing Turkmenistan's production potential and attracting advanced technologies to the national economy.
The exhibition focuses on the practical needs of urban development and offers Turkmen businesses the opportunity to directly contact manufacturers of complex components—from furniture panels to security systems—and offers foreign participants a chance to gain a foothold in the country's major infrastructure projects.
