From March 30 to April 10, a prestigious international program on institutional planning is taking place in New Delhi. The training, organized by India’s National Institute of Educational Planning and Administration (NIEPA), is attended by representatives of Turkmenistan’s leading universities — the Turkmen State Institute of Energy and the International University of Humanities and Development.
The program brings together experts from 16 countries, including Russia, Türkiye, Uzbekistan, and Egypt. The main goal of the course is to implement modern methods of strategic planning and digital technologies in the educational process.
What are the specialists learning?
The courses are conducted by world-renowned professors and experts in educational management. Participants focus on several key areas:
• Development of international standards for education quality;
• Modern methods of leadership and financial planning in universities;
• Integration of digital solutions into national educational systems.
During the visit, Turkmen delegates toured India’s largest technology centers, gaining detailed insights into India’s workforce training strategies and advanced educational technology infrastructure.
Our representatives also presented Turkmenistan’s achievements in the education sector and shared experiences with colleagues from other regions.
Participation in such programs directly enhances the competitiveness of our universities. The knowledge gained will help improve teachers’ professional skills and elevate scientific and educational cooperation between Turkmenistan and India to a new level.
