Turkmenistan plans to establish its first HSK Chinese language testing center. This was announced by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of China to Turkmenistan, Ji Shumin, during his speech at an event dedicated to International Chinese Language Day held on April 23 at the Turkmen State University named after Magtymguly.
According to the diplomat, work on establishing the center is already underway with the support of the Chinese Embassy in Turkmenistan and partner organizations.
“At present, the Embassy is assisting our partners in establishing the first HSK testing center in Turkmenistan, which will significantly simplify the process of applying to Chinese universities and finding employment in China,” the ambassador emphasized.
It is expected that the opening of the center will help systematize the process of taking the international HSK exam within the country and expand opportunities for students and professionals studying the Chinese language.
The creation of such a center is seen as an important step in developing educational cooperation between Turkmenistan and China, as well as in promoting the Chinese language among young people.
