The 24th Pyongyang International Spring Trade Fair was opened on Monday in the capital of North Korea, bringing together more than 290 domestic and foreign companies. The large-scale event, which will continue until Friday, is being held under the slogan of common development and prosperity. Foreign participants include companies from Russia, China, and other countries.
More than 1,700 types of products are displayed across 290 exhibition booths. The showcased goods cover a wide range of industries, from consumer electronics to heavy machinery and metal processing. Visitors to the fair can not only explore industrial achievements but also purchase consumer goods.
In addition to the exhibition area, the program includes briefings and specialized seminars dedicated to economic cooperation and exchange. The Pyongyang International Trade Fair is the largest exhibition platform in North Korea and is traditionally held twice a year — in spring and autumn.
