Today, a ceremonial event honoring the winners of the first online Olympiad held on the digital platform “eMekdep” took place in Ashgabat. The intellectual competition brought together students of grades 6–12 from schools in the capital and the city of Arkadag, who tested their knowledge in all academic subjects over the course of a week.
The festive ceremony was held at Secondary School No. 131 in Ashgabat. Students who achieved the best results in their grade levels received commemorative gifts. Teachers and parents also attended the event to share the joy of the young talents’ success.
The event clearly demonstrated the high level of preparation of modern school students and the enormous potential for integrating digital technologies into the country’s educational system.
The digital format generated great interest among students, and the total score reached an impressive 200,000 points. The competition also recorded the platform’s first absolute record — one student scored 192 out of a possible 200 points. Overall, participants in all age categories demonstrated excellent results and a strong determination to win.
