A solemn meeting of the participants of the "Belt and Road" forum took place
The official meeting ceremony of the heads of delegations participating in the Third International Forum "One Belt, One Road" took place at the House of People's Assemblies in Beijing.
The national leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov arrived in Beijing on a working visit to participate in the forum.
The guests were welcomed by Chinese President Xi Jinping.
The ceremony was also attended by UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres, President of Russia Vladimir Putin, President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, Prime Minister of Hungary Viktor Orban, Acting Prime Minister of Pakistan Anwar ul-Haq Kakar, heads of state and government of several other countries. A joint photographing took place.
Then a theatrical concert program was presented to the distinguished guests.
The main events of the forum will take place tomorrow, October 18.
