Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov takes part in the III Forum "One Belt, One Way"
The official opening ceremony of the III High-level Forum "One Belt, One Road" was held at the House of People's Assemblies in Beijing, attended by the national leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.
The delegates of the large-scale event were representatives of more than 140 countries and 30 international organizations, including leaders of states and heads of international organizations.
The agenda of the Forum includes issues of development of cooperation in the field of investment, digital economy, expansion of trade relations. Presentations of investment projects and signing of new agreements in various sectors of the economy are also planned.
Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov is expected to speak at a high-level Conference on Interconnectedness, which will be held within the framework of the III High-level Forum "One Belt, One Road" in the House of People's Assemblies, the TDH state news agency reports.
