Chuancin Drilling Engineering Company branch in Turkmenistan announces tender for purchase of oil products
Chuancin Drilling Engineering Limited Liability Company at CNPC, operating through its registered branch in Turkmenistan, announces TENDER No. NWZ-ZJCG-20240103-01 for the purchase of oil products. This is reported by the newspaper Neutral Turkmenistan (No.25 (30727) on January 29, 2024).
1.This tender will be conducted in an open type.
2.This tender is being pre-selected, and after the pre-selection is completed, the tender documentation will be issued. The pre-selection documents include, but are not limited to, the following documents:
• application for participation in this tender, indicating the number, name of the tender and a link to the media (newspaper) where this tender will be published, and the date of publication;
• a power of attorney for an authorized representative for the right to carry out all necessary procedures for this tender, if there is an appropriate document confirming the identity of the representative;
• the full name of the participant in the prequalification for this tender, its legal status, countries, registration number and date and details of the servicing bank, legal address (location), attach copies of registration documents, licenses, certificates, agreements, contracts and other documents;
• official information about the experience in the supply of similar products and goods in general, letters of recommendation from partners indicating the possibilities and timing of delivery of products to the destination, the route of transportation of products, type of transport, type of packaging, creditworthiness, and more;
• test/research report for the supplied product issued by an independent authoritative body or Laboratory for production control certificate of origin, quality certificate and other certificates certifying the quality of the products of the manufacturer’s factory;
• official information about the reputation of the participant in the prequalification for this tender, his ability to implement the contract, the level of coordination of interaction and a description of the use of the product, and other information;
• the application for participation in the tender, the documentation for prequalification must be provided at the address below (before 18.00) within 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of publication.
3.Time of issue of the tender documentation: after the prequalification selection is satisfied, the tender commission will conduct a single issue of the tender document. The tender will be closed on the 20th calendar day after the date of issue of the tender documentation.
