Prototypes of the CR450, the world's fastest electric train, have been unveiled in Beijing. It will be capable of operating at a speed of 400 km/h.

The project was developed by the state-owned China State Railway Group Co., Ltd. (CHINA RAILWAY). During testing, the train demonstrated a maximum speed of up to 450 km/h, highlighting China's achievements in the field of high-speed rail transport.

The new train is significantly faster than the existing CR400 models, which have a maximum speed of 350 km/h. CHINA RAILWAY plans to conduct further tests on railway lines to optimize the technical characteristics of the CR450 and ensure its prompt entry into commercial operation.

It is expected that this train will be an important step in the development of China's transport infrastructure and will increase the efficiency of passenger transportation.
