Oriented on making people closer

The "Neptune" drilling rig has been successfully relocated from the Turkmenistan sector of the Caspian Sea to Azerbaijan. This maritime operation spanned three days and involved vessels from the Azerbaijan Caspian Shipping Company (ASCO), part of the AZCON holding.

The transportation utilized the tugboats "Hovsan," "Hovsan 2," "SOCAR 1," "Andoga," "Shuvalan," and "Mardakan." These vessels had previously participated in a similar operation in May 2024, when they assisted in returning the "Saturn" drilling rig to Turkmen waters.

Both operations underscore the robust maritime cooperation between Turkmenistan and Azerbaijan in Caspian energy logistics.
