In Turkmenistan, students of higher and secondary specialized educational institutions have access to an online tuition payment service through the State Services Portal e.gov.tm.

The service is located in the section “Services” / “Education System” / “Student Fee” and allows payments to be made using plastic cards of the national system “Altyn Asyr”.

To use the service, students need to log into their personal account on the portal using the credentials provided by the accounting office of their educational institution. After filling in the payment details and entering the bank card information, the transaction will be completed. It is important that the card is connected to SMS notifications.

In addition to tuition payments, the portal e.gov.tm also offers other online services: utility bill payments, ticket purchases for transportation, and applications for various documents.

The portal operates in both Turkmen and Russian languages, features a user-friendly interface, and provides a mobile application, making interaction between citizens and government services more convenient.
