On March 2, 2026, a meeting was held between the Ambassador of Turkmenistan to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, M. Ayazov, and the Director of the Department of Reciprocity of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Khalid Bakhsh.

During the meeting the parties exchanged views on further strengthening bilateral cooperation in all areas of mutual interest.
