On 27 February 2026, a short-term training course for diplomats and other specialists, organized within the framework of the specialized training center “Diplomatic Protocol,” successfully concluded at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.

The training brought together diplomats and specialists of the country’s foreign ministry, as well as staff members of diplomatic missions, consular offices. 

The conclusion of the course was marked by a formal certificate award ceremony. The specialized certificates were presented by experienced diplomats who have served for many years in the diplomatic service, along with professors and lecturers of the Institute.
