The Chief Mechanic is a key figure in ensuring the technical reliability of equipment and the stable operation of production lines. The efficiency of production processes, adherence to technical discipline, and rational use of equipment resources depend on his professional competence.

Main responsibilities:

– Monitor the technical condition of the plant’s mechanical equipment;

– Organize and implement a preventive maintenance system;

– Plan repair works and control their quality;

– Analyze the causes of malfunctions and prevent recurring breakdowns;

– Manage spare parts and technical resources;

– Optimize repair and maintenance costs;

– Supervise mechanics and the repair team;

– Participate in installation and commissioning of new equipment.

Requirements:

Education: Higher technical education (Mechanical Engineer).

Work experience: At least 5 years in a managerial position within a mechanical department.

Languages: Fluent in Turkmen and Russian; knowledge of English and Turkish is an advantage.
