The large-scale exhibition that opened in Ashgabat on April 28th was a clear demonstration of the strategic nature of the Turkmen-Chinese partnership. The Chamber of Commerce and Industry became the epicenter of business activity, bringing together representatives of over 200 Chinese businesses—from recognized global giants to ambitious companies just planning to establish themselves in the promising Turkmen market. The exhibition will be complemented by the Turkmen-Chinese Business Forum on April 29th.

Energy and Technology: The Foundation of Cooperation
Booths representing companies in the fuel and energy sector occupy a prominent place in the exhibition. Industry leaders such as CNPC, Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum, and Shaanxi Yulin Energy are showcasing not only traditional petrochemical solutions but also cutting-edge developments in renewable energy. Technologies for assessing raw material reserves and modern drilling equipment attracted particular interest. A logical continuation of this theme will be the forum's dedicated section, where representatives of the state-owned concerns Turkmengaz, Turkmennebit, and Turkmenhimiya will discuss new stages of cooperation in the fuel and energy sector with their Chinese partners.

Transport Logistics and the Revival of the Silk Road
The harmonious combination of the "Revival of the Great Silk Road" strategy and China's "One Belt, One Road" initiative is reflected in large-scale transport projects. Chinese corporations, including Sany Heavy Industry, SHANTUI, and Sinotruk, presented equipment that is already actively used to modernize Turkmenistan's roads and railways.

In the logistics section, experts from Türkmen Logistika, Hazar Logistik, and Meno Logistics, together with colleagues from Kashgar City Southern Bonded and Daochen Logistics Group, will outline ways to shape a new Eurasian ecosystem capable of significantly increasing the capacity of continental corridors.

Digital Future and Smart Cities
The most vibrant booths at the exhibition were those dedicated to artificial intelligence, telecommunications, and robotics. Digital market leaders such as Nuctech and Wuhan FiberHome presented solutions for creating smart cities and integrating AI into logistics processes.

The developments of the AI Research Institute (a joint venture between Shanghai DTspace and Chang'an University) attracted particular attention. Domestic IT leaders such as Türkmen-Tranzit, Amatly çözgut, and Hebent tehnologiya will also participate in discussions on this topic, discussing the creation of an interconnected future and the digital development of the entire economy.

Agro-Industry and Industrial Potential
Agriculture is no less an important area of focus. Major Turkmen manufacturers—Ýigit, Miwe, and Nurly Meydan—will discuss the implementation of smart technologies in agriculture, the use of high-yield seeds, and modern veterinary medicine with Chinese companies such as Zhongnong Desheng and Lovol.

The exhibition also covered the textile, construction, and medical industries, showcasing the potential for vaccine and pharmaceutical production. The forum's program will feature the experience of Shaanxi Construction Engineering Group, compared with the successes and plans of the Turkmen companies Eziz Doganlar Keramika and Dost Gurluşyk.

The Turkmen-Chinese business forum will run until April 30, cementing Ashgabat's status as a key platform for developing new models of intergovernmental and business cooperation in the Eurasian region.
