This was reported on the official website of the Мinistry of Education of Turkmenistan.
The collection, published by the “Ylym” publishing house of the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan brings together the results of research conducted by master’s students during the 2025–2026 academic year. The materials cover a wide range of modern disciplines, including:
• Digital diplomacy and strategic planning;
• International law, including arbitration and commercial law;
• International economics and political communications;
• Internet journalism and Oriental studies.
The authors paid special attention to analyzing the political history and economic situation of countries in East and Central Asia. Through the lens of academic research, the collection clearly illustrates the peacebuilding potential of Turkmenistan’s foreign policy, based on the principles of permanent neutrality.
The publication serves as a valuable resource not only for students and young scholars but also for experienced experts. The articles combine theoretical knowledge with practical aspects of modern diplomacy, making them relevant for anyone professionally interested in international affairs.
