Ozon, one of the leading multi-category e-commerce platforms, has announced the launch of sales for customers in Turkmenistan. Through the dedicated storefront at ozon.tm, residents can now access over 150 million items across various categories, ranging from children's products to household appliances.
In the initial phase, delivery services will be available to residents of Ashgabat. Customers can collect their orders from "Turkmenpost" postal offices.
Key expansion plans include:
March 2026: Launch of pick-up services at postal branches in the capital.
April 2026: Expansion of logistics to other regions (velayats) of the country.
Future Outlook: Introduction of doorstep courier delivery services.
Initially, delivery times are expected to be approximately 10 days, with plans to further reduce this timeframe as logistical routes are optimized.
"We are delighted that, as of today, the residents of Turkmenistan are joining our millions of customers across the CIS," said Natalya Boer, CEO of Ozon CIS. "We see great potential in the development of e-commerce within the country and expect our marketplace to become a reliable assistant for local residents in their daily shopping. To achieve this, we have everything necessary: a wide assortment, affordable prices, and dependable service."
