A new feature — Ekitap — has been launched in the Çapar Pay mobile application. It allows users to subscribe to the Ekitap website, which offers a wide selection of books.
The subscription is registered using a phone number and is available for 3, 6, or 12 months. After registering on the Ekitap platform, users gain access to a library containing thousands of books, news items, and articles.
The Çapar Pay app, developed for Android and iOS devices, is available for free download on Google Play and the App Store. The service is positioned as an all-in-one solution that combines payments for everyday services, ticket purchases, and mobile account management.
Since its launch, the app’s functionality has been continuously expanding. Currently, users can access the following services:
• payment for Ekitap
• payment of utility services (electricity, water, gas, housing services)
• payment of traffic fines with the option to check outstanding balances
• payment for landline telephone services across all regions of the country
• payments for mobile services, internet, and television, including Altyn Asyr and Älem TV services
• purchase of airline and railway tickets
• subscriptions to the Belet online cinema and other digital services
• sending USSD requests and using short codes of the Altyn Asyr operator (balance check, top-up, ringtone replacement, etc.)

The application supports all bank cards operating in Turkmenistan. Payment data is securely stored, enabling fast repeat transactions, while security is ensured through modern data protection technologies.
