Mahri Danatarova, a lecturer at the Myrat Garryyev State Medical University of Turkmenistan, achieved a double victory at an international competition held in Astana. She was awarded the honorary titles “Best Teacher of the CIS” and “Best Young Scientist of the CIS,” demonstrating the high standard of national medical science.
The international project, held in the capital of Kazakhstan, was organized by the research center “Bilim-orkenieti” and the “Zana Gazagystan” center. The main goal of the competition was to identify and support the most talented teachers and scientists from CIS countries.
Mahri Danatarova presented a unique scientific work to the jury. Her research focuses on the application of lactose gel using ultraphonophoresis, a method that enables deeper penetration of medicinal substances into tissues under the influence of ultrasound. The work received the highest evaluation from experts for its innovation and practical significance in medicine.

Following the results of the competition, Mahri Danatarova was awarded a first-degree diploma, an international certificate, and an honorary badge.
This achievement is yet another confirmation of the high quality of education and the growing scientific potential of young people in Turkmenistan. Recognition at the CIS level highlights that the developments of Turkmen scientists are competitive and attract strong interest from the international professional community.
