Turkmen fighters Emirhajy Hajiev and Ruslan Bulut are preparing to compete in the international Combat Games tournament, which will take place in Dubai on May 23 with the participation of athletes from 23 countries.
Emirhajy Hajiev will represent Turkmenistan in a fight against Egyptian fighter Yousef Elarabi. The athlete is currently a student at one of the universities in the UAE and won a Muay Thai championship title last year.
Ruslan Bulut, a native of Turkmenistan who lives in Türkiye, will enter the arena against Ayub Khan from Pakistan. He will also represent Turkmenistan at the tournament.
The organizers note that Combat Games is being held in a new format, allowing viewers to follow athletes’ performances and support participants through the tournament’s online platform.
