From November 5-7, an international seminar titled “Improving the System of Recognizing Non-formal Education and Independently Acquired Skills” was held in Lyon, France. T. Gulamov, Head of the Department of Accreditation and Recognition of Foreign Educational Documents of Turkmenistan’s Ministry of Education, participated in the event.
