PETRONAS Carigali (Turkmenistan) Sdn Bhd invites qualified and eligible candidates to apply for the position of Operations Improvement Specialist.

Place of work: Kiyanly, Turkmenbashi

Candidates must hold a university degree in public administration, business administration, law, political science, economics, international relations, or an equivalent qualification.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience is required, including experience in managing relations with local stakeholders in the oil and gas sector.

Applicants must be fluent in spoken and written English, Turkmen, and Russian, and possess proficiency in MS Office programs (MS Teams, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint).
