Turkmen Flavors in Baku: Friendship Celebration and Culinary Arts on Baku Boulevard
15.10.2025 | 09:40 |As part of the Days of Turkmenistan Culture in Azerbaijan, the National Pavilion of Turkmenistan opened on the famous Baku Boulevard, transforming the waterfront into a vibrant center of Turkic hospitality. The event, designed to strengthen cultural and spiritual ties between the two fraternal countries, became a true celebration, with national cuisine and music taking center stage.
The pavilion became a focal point for numerous guests, including deputy ministers of culture of the two countries, members of the diplomatic corps, and members of the Parliament of Azerbaijan.
The gastronomic section of the exhibition was of particular interest to visitors. Turkmen culinary masters, working live, presented a rich palette of national dishes.
Guests delightedly watched the preparation of mouth-watering pilaf, golden-brown pastries, and traditional delicacies, which they could then sample. Visitors eagerly took photographs of the culinary show, capturing the memorable moments.
Following the pavilion's grand opening ceremony, the celebration moved to the stage. Guests enjoyed a rich concert program featuring artists from Turkmenistan and Azerbaijan. Spectators enjoyed national dances, folk songs, and contemporary compositions, which once again emphasized the spiritual and cultural affinity of the two peoples.
The opening of the pavilion was one of the highlights of the Days of Culture of Turkmenistan, which will run until October 15, giving Baku residents the opportunity to become more familiar with the rich cultural heritage of their fraternal country.
