Construction has begun in Ashgabat on a modern Toyota Sales and After-Sales Service Center, which is being built in accordance with international regulations and the corporate standards of the brand. The project is commissioned by the company Beýik Ýüpek Ýoly with Japanese investment and in close cooperation with Toyota Central Asia.
Toyota Central Asia and Beýik Ýüpek Ýoly express deep gratitude to the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov, as well as to the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov for the conditions and comprehensive support provided for the development of the private sector.
Thanks to the well-considered state policy and systemic support measures, the company is able to implement large-scale projects that meet international requirements. The company highly values the trust placed in it and strives to justify it through high-quality work and a responsible approach to each stage of the project.

The future complex will be located on a 2.79-hectare plot on G. Kuliyev Street. The project includes the creation of a full-format 3S dealership center — Sales, Service, Spare parts, combining sales, service and a warehouse of original spare parts into a single functional system. The two-story building will house a modern showroom and a full-cycle service center.
The architectural and functional layout of the complex is being developed strictly in accordance with Toyota’s global standards. Special attention is given to the customer and service areas, as well as to the safety of vehicle movement within the Toyota Center. This approach fully complies with the Toyota Facility & Retail Standards methodology.
In the showroom, the New Retail Concept aimed at creating an outstanding customer experience will be implemented. Its central element will be the Customer Hub — an open space where customers can receive consultations, explore vehicle configurations, learn about Toyota’s digital services and receive personalized support.

The full-cycle service center will provide all types of work: scheduled maintenance, diagnostics, engine repair, transmission and chassis repair, bodywork and painting, tire service, calibration of electronic systems and software updates. The ability to service up to eight vehicles at the same time significantly increases throughput and reduces customer waiting time.
The complex will also include a body shop, auto-detailing area and a modern car wash zone.
All service processes are designed in accordance with Toyota’s master-planning recommendations — from reception and customer areas to optimization of vehicle flows and the final handover of the car. A designated observation zone will allow customers to see part of the service process, which enhances transparency and trust.
A special test-drive zone will be created to demonstrate Toyota vehicles’ capabilities. It will allow customers to experience vehicle dynamics, handling and comfort in safe conditions. The route, safety elements and supervision will comply with Toyota regulations.

The center will showcase current Toyota models, including innovative hybrid technologies. It will provide both warranty and post-warranty service, maintaining unified quality standards for all customers.
The design and construction of the facility are under constant supervision of Toyota Central Asia. All engineering and visual solutions are coordinated with the brand’s corporate departments, and progress reports are regularly sent to the regional office of Toyota Central Asia.
The construction of the New Toyota Center will contribute significantly to the development of Turkmenistan’s automotive infrastructure and strengthen cooperation with a leading global brand. Completion is scheduled for December 2027.
