On December 9, a meeting aimed at deepening Turkmen-Azerbaijani cooperation in the humanitarian sphere was held in Avaza. Oguljahan Atabayeva, Vice President for Medical Affairs at the Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Charitable Foundation, held talks with Leyla Aliyeva, Vice President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
The meeting resulted in the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between the two organizations.
The parties discussed opportunities to intensify dialogue, exchange experiences in children's health care, and develop charitable activities in accordance with the noble traditions of both nations.

Oguljahan Atabayeva emphasized that cultural and humanitarian partnership is an integral part of interstate relations. Leyla Aliyeva, in turn, expressed gratitude for the invitation to the international conference dedicated to the role of women in society and praised the significance of the opening of the Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Foundation branch in Avaza.
The parties expressed confidence that the established fruitful dialogue will be actively continued in the interests of children's well-being.
